Company History

The history of INETERA Ltd. began in 2006 when shareholders of Interbiznestelecom Company (Interbiznestelecom Ltd.) had an idea to start a new business. The market of broadband access, cable television and digital telephony in the whole Central Federal District was studied for six months. And in the middle of 2006 the decision was made to start a new project to develop Triple Play networks in the regions of the Russian Federation. As a legal entity INETERA was founded on May 3, 2006, the first city was launched in December 2006.

The company now

INETERA Ltd. is represented by a managing company in Moscow and five branch offices in the regions. The Belgorod branch of the OOO "INETERA" registered in August 2006, network installation completed in November 2006, the commercial launch in Belgorod started on December 6 2006, the Lipetsk branch of the OOO "INETERA" registered in November 2006, the commercial launch inInethera affiliate in Kursk city registered in November 2006, commercial launch in Kursk city started in September 2007, Inethera affiliate in Voronezh city registered in September 2007, commercial launch started in December 2007, Inethera affiliate in Orel city registered on February 28th 2008, commercial launch started in June 2008. The company's network covers almost all storey districts of the cities of presence, and the company accepts applications for connection to the network from all individuals and legal entities.

Our goals

INETERA plans stage by stage construction of single access network in majority of regional centers of Central Federal District with using different technologies called "Triple Play on broadband networks", representing convergence of services on basis of three types of traffic: Data transmission (Local Area Network, Internet), Video streams transmission (different variants of IPTV, video conferences), Voice services on IP-networks (VoIP).
